Whether you’re pouring a single-family slab or a small multifamily build, our experienced operators and well-maintained boom pumps ensure a smooth, efficient pour every time.

Our Residential Pumping Rates

38 Meter Concrete Boom Pump Rental – Flat Rate

$750 for up to 4 hours
Includes setup, pumping, standby, and cleanup time
Ideal for single-family homes or multifamily townhomes (3 units or fewer)
After 4 hours: $210 per additional hour

Larger Residential Projects

Have multiple slabs or more than three townhome units? No problem — we’ll create a custom quote based on your specific pour details.

Contact us with your yardage, number of units, and job location for accurate pricing.

Additional Fees

Prime Pack (required)	Covers system priming and setup	$50
Washout Bag (optional)	Only required if a washout is not available on site	$100

Job Requirements

Minimum charge: 4-hour rental with Prime Pack
Concrete washout: Must be on site before booking

Payment Information

Payment is due on-site the day of pour
Checks only, payable to Precision Performance Concrete

Cancellation Policy

Please notify us at least 20 hours before your scheduled workday to avoid charges.

Cancellations after 4:00 PM the previous workday are subject to a 3-hour charge.
